Information you choose to share
When you call, email, or submit the contact form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, location, and details about the requested work. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, private access codes, or sensitive personal documents through a general inquiry.
How service inquiries are used
Information in a service request is used to discuss the work, communicate with you, and arrange next steps. The owner should approve the retention schedule, procedures for responding to privacy requests, and any additional uses before adopting this draft. Contact form and customer review providers
The embedded form is supplied through LeadConnector/HighLevel and uses the public form URL provided by the business. The customer-review section uses a ReputationHub widget. The form also loads a Cloudflare Turnstile security check to help prevent automated abuse. Loading and interacting with these services may transmit device and network information, and their own technologies and policies may apply. Their scripts and frames are hosted outside this website.
Google Maps and the business listing
Embedded maps show the general Lansing service area. Loading a map or opening the Google business listing connects your browser to Google, which may process device, network, cookie, and interaction data under its own policies. The written service-area list and business phone number provide alternatives to using a map.
Hosting and technical information
The website is prepared for static hosting on Netlify, with an owner-only review version hosted through OpenAI Sites. The active hosting provider may process network addresses, request details, and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website. The owner must confirm the final provider and its retention practices when deployment is complete.
Analytics in this website build
Google Analytics 4 is configured through Google Tag Manager. The site asks for an analytics choice and does not load GTM until you accept. If accepted, Google may process page views and clicks on phone, email, and Google-listing links, along with device and network information. The choice is saved in this browser; use “Analytics choices” in the footer to revisit it. Declining leaves site analytics off. The embedded contact form is hosted separately and its starts or submissions are not reliably measured by this site's GA4 setup. Third-party embedded services may have their own measurement technologies.
